A busy week can make counselling feel important and impossible at the same time.
Often the issue is not whether support would help. It is whether there is enough room for it.
A more realistic question can be: what kind of appointment rhythm could I actually sustain?
It may help to:
- look at your week honestly rather than ideally
- ask about day or evening appointments
- keep the first step small and practical
- treat support as part of caring for the rest of life, not separate from it
If the practical side is what is holding you back, the Contact page may help.
